Creative Consulting : Space Identity & Planning

The Strategy: Maximum Efficiency, Zero Demolition
The Fiadex office project involved converting a classical residential layout into a high-functioning professional workspace. Ozgen’s core approach was to achieve maximum efficiency through the elimination of non-structural elements, strictly avoiding structural modification and demolition. This strategic planning maximized utility while minimizing cost, waste, and construction time.
Fluidity and Functional Layout : The resulting space planning established a strong sense of fluidity. A dedicated directors’ office, a conference call area, and a social space were designed to open onto a main, central open-space area. This configuration not only optimizes movement and communication but also ensures a cohesive, collaborative environment for the Fiadex team.

A Balanced Circular Economy Model
In line with Fiadex’s positive stance on sustainability, the furniture proposition became a successful case study in the circular economy. By thoughtfully blending reconditioned (second-life) furniture with select new pieces, Koray Ozgen delivered a balanced and fair aesthetic solution.

A Signature Identity: Art in the Workplace
To distinguish Fiadex in the competitive landscape of Audit and Accounting, a unique identity was applied through art. The application of a vibrant mural intervention by the artist Le D, whose graphic and expressive style was chosen by the client, attributes a distinctive, memorable, and contemporary character to the workspace.
